This recipe is simplicity at its finest.  When summer gives the freshest produce that is picked at its perfect ripeness all that is left to do is keep it simple.  No reason to do all the frills.  No measurements in this.  Just the ingredients

Heirloom Tomato Salad
Heirloom Tomatoes (I used Pineapple Heirlooms but any will do
Good Olive Oil (NOT store brands)
Pinch of Salt
Black Pepper
Shaved Parmesan
Basil sliced thin

Slice tomatoes to desired thickness.  Drizzle some olive oil, over tomatoes.  Add salt, pepper, Parmesan and  Basil.  Let sit for 5 minutes.  Serve

So simple to taste such amazing flavors.  Enjoy!
